Tenant Web Access or rmResident App Instructions

Tenant Web Access (TWA) Online – To create your account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://manor.twa.rentmanager.com/
  2. Click Location: choose Manor or Landings (this will be provided to you from the office)
  3. On the Login screen, click sign up (located at bottom of Tenant Web Access box)
  4. Enter your account number: Account Number (provided from the office)
  5. To create your individual account enter your email address on file. If you have no email address or want to change the email address on file please contact the office. (this will be your username)
  6. Last, click sign up.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an account finalization email, where you will click the finalize link in the email to create & confirm your password.

rmResident App on your mobile device – To create your account, follow these steps:

    1. From Google Play or the App Store, search and download the rmResident App.
    2. After you open the app, you will be asked to enter the following:
Company Code: (this will be provided to you from the office)
Community: choose Manor or Landings (this will be provided to you from the office)
  1. Enter your account number: Account Number (provided from the office)
  2. To create your individual account enter your email address on file. If you have no email address on file or want to change the email on file please contact the office. (this will be your username)
  3. Last, click sign up.
Resident app

Payment Options & Fees:

  • BEST Option! ACH – E-Check is FREE! (uses your checking account & bank routing number)
  • ACH – Saving is Free (uses your savings account & bank routing number)
  • Credit Card – Convenience fee is 3.5% of total
  • Debit Card – Convenience fee is $6.95 set amount

Once you sign up, you’ll receive an account finalization email, where you will click the finalize link in the email to create & confirm your password. Rent must be paid to this system by 5pm EST on the first day of the month. Late payment will be charged per lease terms.
