Leasing Agent hereby states that with respect to Manor Leasing’s properties, Leasing Agent is acting in the following capacity: An agent of the Owner/Landlord in pursuant to a property management or exclusive leasing agreement and may retain an ownership interest in the properties listed. By submitting this online application “I acknowledge I have received this Notice.” Leasing Agent certifies that they have provided this Notice.

The cost of the Co-Signer/Guarantor Application is a non-refundable $40 fee per submission and must be charged to a major credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover) via PayPal after application is complete. In order to initially process your application the following supporting documentation including, but not limited to, copies of 2 recent pay stubs, and photo identification is required. All applicants must have a minimum credit score of 650. Credit and criminal background checks will be processed along with a landlord reference.

If all information is provided as requested a pre-approval response will be given within approximately 2 business days from the time submitted not including holidays, weekends or extenuating circumstances.
